Encuesta sobre jóvenes saludables del estado de Washington 2025

Nuestro distrito participará en la Encuesta de Jóvenes Saludables del Estado de Washington durante el otoño de 2025.
La encuesta se realizará a estudiantes de 6.º, 8.º, 10.º y 12.º grado.
La Encuesta de Jóvenes Saludables incluye preguntas relacionadas con la actividad física, lesiones intencionales y no intencionales, consumo de sustancias, relaciones interpersonales, experiencias escolares, factores de riesgo y de protección, y acceso a servicios escolares. Las escuelas, las comunidades y las agencias estatales utilizan los resultados de la encuesta para planificar programas de apoyo a nuestros jóvenes y reducir sus riesgos. La participación en la encuesta es voluntaria y se toman medidas para garantizar la privacidad de los estudiantes. No se utilizan nombres ni códigos que vinculen la encuesta con ningún estudiante.

Washington State Healthy Youth Survey 2025

Our district is participating in the Washington State Healthy Youth Survey during fall 2025.
The survey will be given to students in Grades 6, 8, 10 and 12.

The Healthy Youth Survey includes questions related to physical activity, unintentional and intentional injury, substance use, interpersonal relationships, school experiences, risk and protective factors, and access to school-based services. Survey results are used by schools, communities, and State agencies to plan programs to support our youth and reduce their risks. Participation in the survey is voluntary and steps are taken to ensure student privacy. There are no names or codes used to link a survey back to a student.

Thank you for choosing the Centralia School District. As a District, we are privileged to partner with you to help your child achieve academic and personal excellence. We are committed to prioritizing students, upholding high expectations, championing hope, and cultivating collaboration.

We are excited to work with you to help your child achieve academic and personal excellence. This year our motto is “Aim High, Target Success”. As a District, we are committed to ensuring each and every student rises academically to higher levels. We will continue to focus on our instruction, specifically in reading, writing, and math in elementary. We will also continue building a positive culture for students with clear expectations and the teaching of the skills that will help students be successful behaviorally. A critical part of student success is hope and a plan for the future. We are implementing No Excuses in each elementary school and AVID in middle school and high school to prepare our students for college, career, and a successful future.

Our families and community are important partners in our success. If you have a question, concern, or ideas, please reach out. Working together, we will continue to improve to ensure each and every student achieves academic and personal excellence.
